What inspires you?

This image was posted today on the A Muse Studio blog. I love the look, but can think of several different ways to make it my own. I can imagine perhaps the scripted background with a bit of ink smudging to make it really colorful instead of the days of the week background. I also really like the polaroid look of the image with the sentiment. It can be used on so many different kind of cards.
