Glitter Lace

This is a very cool technique, although it works better with certain fabrics.

• Take a sheet of sticky paper place it one cardstock of choice
• Find lace fabric - some of the coolest fabrics I've used have metallic images like ghosts or spiderwebs. If using metallic fabric make sure to place web side down - if metallic image touches sticky paper - it will stay.
• Once you've placed your lace on the sticky paper, use super fine glitter and place over lace. It will stay on the sticky paper where it shows through the lace.
• When finished, remove lace and use another color of lace to fill in the image.
• Make sure you use contrasting glitter colors - silver/navy or white/green or copper/black. You get the picture!
• The above image was used with a simple piece of lacy fabric. I used purple and silver glitter on pink paper.
